Pharmacy Benefit Manager will include in all network participation agreements a provision precluding Pharmacies from seeking payment from Members for any portion of Claims (other than the applicable Member Cost Share) incurred under the Employee Plan that the Pharmacy fails to submit to Pharmacy Benefit Manager by the earlier of (a) six (6) months of the Incurred Date, or (b) the deadline for the Pharmacy to submit a Clean Claim under the Pharmacy agreement.
In addition to any other requirements in this Agreement, the Energy Commission is only obligated to reimburse the Recipient for Incurred and Paid Costs that are (1) incurred during the Agreement Term; (2) invoiced within the required timeframes of this Agreement; (3) made in accordance with the Agreement’s Budget; and (4) actual and allowable expenses under this Agreement.
Such costs shall be consistent with Transmission Services’ “Guidelines for Direct Assignment Facilities,” and the “Final Supplemental Guidelines for Direct Assignment of Facilities Costs Incurred Under Transfer Agreements” included in BPA’s Long Term Regional Dialogue Final Policy, July 2007, or any other revision of that policy, or as established in a BPA 7(i) Process.
In accordance with Appendix VII to Part 200, indirect costs are costs meeting the following criteria: a) Incurred for a common or joint purpose benefiting more than one cost objective; andb) Not readily assignable to the cost objectives specifically benefited, without effort disproportionate to the results achieved.
Pharmacy Benefit Manager will negotiate the Participating Pharmacy reimbursement terms of all network participation agreements for Claims Incurred under the Employee Plans.
