At any time that Parent or the Restricted Subsidiaries would be entitled to have Incurred any then outstanding Indebtedness under paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) of this Section 4.08, such Indebtedness shall be automatically reclassified into Indebtedness Incurred pursuant to those paragraphs.
