Upon the Termination Date, the Commitments of the Lenders shall be terminated in full, and the Borrowers shall pay, in full and in cash, all outstanding Loans and all other outstanding Obligations then owing by them to the Lenders (including, without limitation, all Breakage Costs incurred in connection therewith).
Each notice of prepayment shall be revocable, provided that, with five (5) Business Days of receiving a written demand for such reimbursement which sets forth the calculation of such Breakage Costs in reasonable detail the Borrowers shall reimburse the Lenders for all Breakage Costs associated with the revocation of any notice of prepayment.
If any Borrower Notice relating to any prepayment is given, the amount specified in such Borrower Notice shall be due and payable on the date specified therein, together with accrued Interest to the payment date on the amount prepaid and any Breakage Costs (including Hedge Breakage Costs) related thereto.
