Improvement Area #1 definition

Improvement Area #1 means that portion of the District generally described in Section II of the Service and Assessment Plan and generally shown in Exhibit A-2 to the Service and Assessment Plan and as specifically described in Exhibit K-2 to the Service and Assessment Plan.

Improvement Area #1 means approximately 53.443 acres located within the District, more specifically described in Exhibit D-2 and depicted on Exhibit A-2.
