Hub Equipment definition

Hub Equipment means the ground station equipment and NMS equipment that meet the criteria set forth in Schedule 1.

  • During the acceptance testing of the Hub Equipment contained in the Initial System, the Parties may identify non-material errors or non- conforming aspects of the equipment that will be corrected or completed after the acceptance testing is performed (“Open Items”).

  • The Warranty Period for Hub Equipment and Software in the Initial System is fifteen (15) months from Acceptance or Provisional Acceptance, whichever is earlier.

  • Replacement parts may be reconditioned and the Warranty Period for such repaired parts or replacement parts will be the longer of ninety (90) calendar days or the balance of the Warranty Period for the Hub Equipment.

  • OPERATOR waives any lien rights it may have concerning the FORNet Hub Equipment and the FORNet Nodes all of which are deemed SPRINT’s personal property and not fixtures, and SPRINT has the right to remove the same at any time without OPERATOR’s consent, but subject to compliance with the underlying agreement for the Hub site.

  • If SPRINT fails to make any uncontested payment when due [***] during a calendar year, or within [***] of receiving written notice of such failure from OPERATOR; then, after the [***] time, OPERATOR may terminate the Agreement immediately, disconnect the FORNet Hub Equipment, and SPRINT shall have no further right to use the Network or the associated FORNet Fibers.

  • Upon completion of each acceptance test in accordance with the agreed upon ATP showing material compliance with the standards set forth in the ATP applicable to each test, the Hub Equipment contained in the Initial System will be deemed accepted by Aircom with respect to such applicable test (“Acceptance”).

  • Aircom warrants delivery of good title to all Hub Equipment furnished to dMobile under this Agreement.

  • The Hub Equipment shall be delivered by BTC or its vendor(s) in accordance with the delivery schedule set forth in Section 4.1 (with respect to the Initial System) or in the Purchase Order (with respect to additional orders).

  • Fixed Equipment means any property affixed in any way to the Licensed Premises existing at the time Notice to Proceed is given, whose removal would damage the Licensed Premises.

  • New equipment means equipment for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Standard equipment means the basic configuration of a vehicle which is equipped with all the features that are required under the regulatory acts of the Contracting Party including all features that are fitted without giving rise to any further specifications on configuration or equipment level.

  • Leased Equipment means the computers, servers, machinery and equipment and other tangible personal property leased by Seller for use in the operation or conduct of the Business.

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Capital Equipment means machinery and equipment purchased or leased, and used in this state by the purchaser or lessee primarily for manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining tangible personal property to be sold ultimately at retail if the machinery and equipment are essential to the integrated production process of manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining. Capital equipment also includes machinery and equipment used primarily to electronically transmit results retrieved by a customer of an online computerized data retrieval system.

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

  • Designated Equipment means either: (i) a server identified by serial number, or host I.D. on which the Licensed Materials are stored; or (ii) a computer or workstation, as identified by its serial number, host I.D. number or Ethernet address; to which the Licensed Materials are downloaded and Used only upon the issuance of a License Key. The Designated Equipment shall be of a manufacture, make and model, and have the configuration, capacity (i.e., memory/disk), operating software version level, and pre- requisite and co-requisite applications, prescribed in the Documentation as necessary or desirable for the operation of the Software.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Rental Equipment means the equipment identified on the Service Agreement and Order Schedule or otherwise notified to you in writing that we will rent to you as part of our provision of the Services and which you will return to us after expiry or termination of the Agreement, subject to the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Project Equipment means all personal property, goods, leasehold improvements, machinery, equipment, furnishings, furniture, fixtures, tools and attachments wherever located and whether now owned or hereafter acquired, financed in whole or in part with the proceeds of the Bonds, and any additions and accessions thereto, substitutions therefor and replacements thereof, including, without limitation the Project Equipment described in Appendix C hereto, as amended from time to time in accordance herewith.

  • Equipment is all “equipment” as defined in the Code with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made, and includes without limitation all machinery, fixtures, goods, vehicles (including motor vehicles and trailers), and any interest in any of the foregoing.

  • Movable equipment means a hand-held or non-hand-held machine or device, powered or unpowered, that is used to do work and is moved within or between work sites.

  • Metering Equipment means all metering equipment installed at the metering points designated in the appropriate appendix to an Interconnection Service Agreement. Minimum State of Charge:

  • Company Equipment means all equipment supplied by the Company to the Contractor, to use in the performance of the Work and which is specified in the Contract as “Company Equipment”.

  • Excluded Equipment means (i) defibrillators, enhanced emergency medical kits and other medical equipment, (ii) airphones and other components or systems installed on or affixed to the Airframe that are used to provide individual telecommunications or electronic entertainment to passengers aboard the Aircraft, (iii) galley carts, beverage carts, waste containers, liquor kits, food tray carriers, ice containers, oven inserts, galley inserts, and other branded passenger convenience or service items, (iv) any items, equipment or systems leased by Company or any Permitted Lessee (other than items, equipment, or systems that are leased from Company pursuant to the applicable Lease) or owned by Company or any Permitted Lessee subject to a conditional sales agreement or a security interest (other than the security interest granted under the Indenture), and (v) cargo containers.

  • Terminal Equipment means all telephone instruments, including pay telephone equipment, the common equipment of large and small key and PBX systems and other devices and apparatus, and associated wirings, which are intended to be connected electrically, acoustically or inductively to the telecommunication system of the telephone utility.

  • Electrical equipment means underground equipment that contains dielectric fluid that is necessary for the operation of equipment such as transformers and buried electrical cable.

  • Purchased Equipment means any equipment, including any Software, sold by BT to the Customer.

  • Load Control Equipment means the equipment (which may include, but is not limited to, ripple receivers and relays) that is from time to time installed in, over or on Consumer’s Premises for the purpose of receiving signals sent by Load Signalling Equipment and switching on and off, or otherwise controlling, controllable load;

  • Associated equipment means equipment that is used in conjunction with a radiographic exposure device to make radiographic exposures that drives, guides, or comes in contact with the source, e.g., guide tube, control tube, control (drive) cable, removable source stop, “J” tube and collimator when it is used as an exposure head.

  • Operating Equipment means furniture, furnishings, special lighting fixtures, carpeting, draperies, decorations or other special finishing work, signs, appliances and trade fixtures and equipment that is furnished, installed or used by the Contractor in its operations on the Airport. It does not include Fixed Improvements, or repair or maintenance of Operating Equipment or Fixed Improvements or displays or decorations that are of a seasonal or temporary promotional nature.
