HSR Act Approval definition

HSR Act Approval means the expiration or early termination of any waiting period, including any extension thereof, under the HSR Act;
HSR Act Approval means that the applicable waiting period under the HSR Act will have expired or been terminated.
HSR Act Approval means, in respect of the HSR Act, all applicable waiting periods, any extensions thereof, and any commitments by the parties not to close before a certain date under a timing agreement shall have expired or otherwise been terminated.
