HSBI Approved Persons definition

HSBI Approved Persons means Approved Persons specifically designated by the Parties as having the right to access HSBI (according to the procedures laid down in Section IV).
HSBI Approved Persons means Approved Persons specifically designated by the Parties and WTO Approved Persons specifically designated by the Director of the Rules Division acting on behalf of the Director-General of the WTO, as having the right to access HSBI (according to the procedures laid down in Section IV), as well as the Panel members.

  • Approved Vendor means a person who has been approved for inclusion on an

  • Excluded Persons means (A) the Company or any Regency Entity; (B) a trustee or other fiduciary holding securities under an employee benefit plan of the Company or any Regency Entity; (C) an underwriter temporarily holding securities pursuant to an offering of such securities; or (D) a corporation owned, directly or indirectly, by the shareholders of the Company in substantially the same proportions as their ownership of stock in the Company.
