Ordinary Course Professionals Order definition

Ordinary Course Professionals Order means the order entered by the Bankruptcy Court on November 4, 2005 authorizing the retention of professionals utilized by the Debtors in the ordinary course of business.
Ordinary Course Professionals Order means any order of the Bankruptcy Court permitting the Debtors to retain certain professionals in the ordinary course of their businesses.
