Project affected persons. (PAPs) means persons who, for reasons of the involuntary taking or voluntary contribution of their land and other assets under the project, result in direct economic and or social adverse impacts, regardless of whether or not the said Project affected persons physically relocate. These people may have their:

Project affected persons and “PAPs” mean persons who on account of the execution of Part A.1 of the Project had or would have their: (i) standard of living adversely affected; or (ii) right, title or interest in any house, land (including premises, agricultural and grazing land) or any other fixed or movable asset acquired or possessed, temporarily or permanently adversely affected; or (iii) business, occupation, work or place of residence or habitat adversely affected, and “Project Affected Person” and “PAP” means individually all those who qualify as Project Affected Persons;
