The School Council may at any time by notice in writing to the Contractor require that the Contractor cease to permit any of the Specified Persons to be engaged in carrying out the Services and in such event the Contractor shall as soon as is practicable cease to provide the service of such person or persons and shall provide the services of such replacement or substitute persons as may be acceptable to the School Council.
