Together with the first submittal of documentation, the Contractor shall designate and inform YPF of the person/s authorized to manage and represent the Supplier/Contractor, according to the Contractor Record and Monitoring Guidelines for Hired Personnel, which can be accessed through YPF's web page or by request upon receipt of the Order/Contract.
Once the approval of the request for allocation has been obtained, the documentation required by the Contractor Record and Monitoring Guidelines for Hired Personnel shall be submitted not less than 72 business hours prior to the stipulated date of entry.
