Heliport Leases definition

Heliport Leases means any Contract (including any agreement relating to the occupation of public domain) entered into by the Companies or Azur (or their Affiliates) directly or indirectly granting rights in relation to a Utilized Heliport, each as amended or renewed from time to time.
Heliport Leases means any Contract (including any agreement relating to the occupation of public domain) entered into by any of Héli Sécurité, Azur or Monacair or their Affiliates which was transferred to [Héli Sécurité Transporteur], [Azur Transporteur] or [Monacair Transporteur], respectively, upon and as result of completion of the Spin-Off in relation to a Utilized Heliport, each as amended or renewed from time to time, as listed in Schedule [●].
Heliport Leases means the leases described in Schedule 1.1(2) and any other leases entered into during the Term by any of the Helijet Parties of their Affiliates in relation to a Controlled Heliport, each as amended or renewed from time to time.

  • There are no current or pending negotiations with respect to the renewal, expiry, repudiation or amendment of any of the Heliport Leases.

  • All material amounts to be paid under the Heliport Leases have been paid in full when due and there will be no such amounts in arrears as of Closing.

Related to Heliport Leases

  • Space Leases means any Lease or sublease thereunder (including, without limitation, any Major Space Lease) or any other agreement providing for the use and occupancy of a portion of the Property as the same may be amended, renewed or supplemented.

  • Equipment Leases shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b) hereof.

  • Real Property Leases has the meaning set forth in Section 4.7(b).

  • Company Leases shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.12(a).

  • Tenant Leases means leases, subleases, licenses or other use agreements between Seller and tenants with respect to Real Property, if any.

  • New Leases means, collectively, any lease for space at the Property entered into between the Commencement Date and the Closing Date.

  • Real Property Lease has the meaning set forth in Section 3.9(b).

  • Franchise Agreements means (a) the Franchise Agreements set forth on Part IV of Schedule 4.01(p) hereto, and (b) any Franchise Agreement in respect of a Borrowing Base Asset entered into after the Closing Date in compliance with Section 5.01(r).

  • Service Contracts means contracts or agreements, such as maintenance, supply, service or utility contracts.

  • Lease Agreements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.14.

  • Operating Leases means all real or personal property leases under which any Company is bound or obligated as a lessee or sublessee and which, under GAAP, are not required to be capitalized on a balance sheet of such Company; provided that Operating Leases shall not include any such lease under which any Company is also bound as the lessor or sublessor.

  • Ground Leases Those certain leases with respect to real property that is a portion of the Leased Property, pursuant to which Landlord is a tenant and which leases have either been approved by Tenant or are in existence as of the date hereof and listed on Schedule A hereto.

  • Personal Property Leases has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(e).

  • Master Leases refers to the four second amended and restated master lease agreements, dated as of April 27, 2007, by and among the Operating Partnership and Kindred Healthcare, Inc. and Kindred Healthcare Operating, Inc.

  • Equipment Lease means a Contract for the lease of Equipment or for the purchase of Equipment under a conditional sales or title retention agreement.

  • Space Lease The space or occupancy lease pursuant to which any Borrower holds a leasehold interest in the related Mortgaged Property, together with any estoppels or other agreements executed and delivered by the lessor in favor of the lender under the related Mortgage Loan(s).

  • Real Estate Leases has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(d)(ii).

  • Company Lease means any lease, sublease, sub-sublease, license and other agreement under which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries leases, subleases, licenses, uses or occupies (in each case whether as landlord, tenant, sublandlord, subtenant or by other occupancy arrangement), or has the right to use or occupy, now or in the future, any real property.

  • Subject Leases means, for any Asset Review, all 20[•]-[•] Leases which are 60-Day Delinquent Leases as of the end of the Collection Period immediately preceding the related Review Satisfaction Date.

  • Facility Leases means agreements for the lease by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or Joint Ventures of real estate utilized as a vehicle parking facility and/or for ancillary parking and transportation services.

  • Seller Agreements means those agreements between Seller and third parties, including Artists and/or PRO, wherein Seller is entitled to receive the Percentage Interest of all Assets.

  • Assumed Leases has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(b).

  • Property Lease means any Depot Lease, any lease in respect of a Managed Station Area, any lease in respect of Shared Facilities or any Station Lease and any agreement or lease of a similar or equivalent nature (whether in respect of any such facility or otherwise) which the Franchisee may enter into with a person who has an interest in a network or a railway facility which is to be used for or in connection with the provision or operation of the Franchise Services;

  • Hotel means any establishment used for the purpose of temporary, overnight lodging for which a fee is paid and reservations are required.

  • Wet Lease means any arrangement whereby Owner or a Permitted Lessee agrees to furnish the Aircraft, Airframe or any Engine to a third party pursuant to which the Aircraft, Airframe or Engine shall at all times be in the operational control of Owner or a Permitted Lessee, provided that Owner’s obligations under the Trust Indenture shall continue in full force and effect notwithstanding any such arrangement.
