Healthcare Deliverables definition

Healthcare Deliverables means copies of the following, in each case provided at such time as to permit the Lendersreasonable review with respect to any Borrowing Base Asset or Proposed Borrowing Base Asset, and which content and/or matters disclosed therein are reasonably acceptable to Lenders: (a) all investigations, surveys, subpoenas, proceedings or audit reports pertaining to Healthcare Licenses, Healthcare Assets and Healthcare Services for the past year and any related correspondence and responses thereto (not including any materials protected by attorney-client privilege or constituting attorney-client work product); and (b) settlement agreements, consent agreements, consent orders, corporate integrity agreements or certification of compliance agreements currently in effect and entered into with any Governmental Authority.

Related to Healthcare Deliverables

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Information technology services means services designed to do any of the following:

  • Software Services means services that Customer provides to you that make available, display, run, access, or otherwise interact, directly or indirectly, with the Products. Customer must provide these services from data center(s) through the Internet, a telephone network or a private network, on a rental, subscription or services basis, whether or not Customer receives a fee. Software Services exclude any services involving installation of a Product directly on any End User device to permit an End User to interact with the Product.

  • Mobile Services means the mobile telecommunications service which we provide you under Part D and as specified in your Application.

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.
