Health Supervisor definition

Health Supervisor means a person who is either a physician, registered nurse, licensed vocational nurse who is licensed pursuant to Division 2 of the Business and Professions Code or a person who is trained in accordance with section 1596.866 of the Health and Safety Code.
Health Supervisor means the person designated by the City of St. Peters as an authorized representative of said City, having jurisdiction over food establishments within said City, and to whom the Health Officers report.
Health Supervisor refers to Licensee’s designated Participant who is qualified to provide basic health supervision. The Health Supervisor must be at least 21 years of age and possess a certificate of training in the principles of first aid and CPR.
