Health Services Division definition

Health Services Division or “HSD” means for the purpose of this Agreement, the division of OHA that is responsible for Community Mental Health, Addiction Treatment, Recovery, & Prevention, and Problem Gambling Services.
Health Services Division means the Borrower’s health services division, which provides long-term care services through the operation of nursing centers.
