Ground Access Charge definition

Ground Access Charge means those amounts in Schedule 2 of these Terms and Conditions, and which is subject to change as set out in the Ground Access Agreement between MAPL and Uber, being the amount payable on each occasion a Vehicle either picks up a Ground Transport Passenger from Airport Land or drops off a Ground Transport Passenger on Airport Land.
Ground Access Charge means $2.30 (excluding GST), and which is subject to change as set out in the Ground Access Agreement between CAPL and Cairns Taxis, being the amount payable on each occasion a Fleet Vehicle either picks up a Taxi Passenger from Airport Land or drops off a Taxi Passenger on Airport Land

Examples of Ground Access Charge in a sentence

  • You are responsible for collecting the Ground Access Charge by ensuring your Reader Tag is loaded with cash, connected to a credit card and scanned in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

  • The Ground Access Charge is the sum charged each time a Vehicle enters a Ground Transport Area and passes a Scanning Point (as defined in Clause 22(d) of these Terms and Conditions).

  • When the Reader Tag is scanned at a Scanning Point, CAPL will automatically deduct the Ground Access Charge from the credit card connected to the Reader Tag.

  • When the Reader Tag is scanned at a Scanning Point, MAPL will automatically deduct the Ground Access Charge from the credit card connected to the Reader Tag.

  • The software at the Non-Fare Scanning Point will automatically refund the Ground Access Charge paid for that entry.

  • The Ground Access Charge is the sum charged each time a Fleet Vehicle enters the Taxi Area.

  • If you either do not scan your Reader Tag, or you scan your Reader Tag ineffectively, then CAPL is not otherwise liable for any reason to pay any refund to you for the Ground Access Charge collected.

  • If you make a Non-Fare Entry, then you are entitled to be refunded the Ground Access Charge that you paid on entry, subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

Related to Ground Access Charge

  • Access Charge has the meaning set out in Clause 6.1;

  • Access Charges means the sum payable under the Access Agreement and/or this RAO agreed by the Operators to be paid by the Access Seeker to the Access Provider for providing the Access Service, the indicative Access Charges are as per Appendix C hereof which rate is exclusive of GST which shall be payable also by the Access Seeker.

  • Capacity Charge means a charge for public facilities in existence at the time a charge is imposed or charges for new public facilities to be acquired or constructed in the future that are of proportional benefit to the person or property being charged, including supply or capacity contracts for rights or entitlements, real property interests, and entitlements and other rights of the local agency involving capital expense relating to its use of existing or new public facilities. A “capacity charge” does not include a commodity charge.

  • Facility Charge means one percent (1%) of the Maximum Term Loan Amount.

  • Landlord Access Agreement means a Landlord Access Agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit G, or such other form as may reasonably be acceptable to the Administrative Agent.

  • Connection Charge is the sum payable by the Communications Provider in accordance with the Openreach Price List for provisioning of the Service;

  • Switched Access Detail Usage Data means a category 1101xx record as defined in the EMI iconectiv Practice BR 010-200-010.

  • Restricted access area means a designated and secure area within a Licensed Premises in a Retail Marijuana Store where Retail Marijuana and Retail Marijuana Product are sold, possessed for sale, and displayed for sale, and where no one under the age of 21 is permitted.

  • Installation Charges means those Charges set out in the Order in relation to installation of the Service and/or any Purchased Equipment, Customer Equipment and/or BT Equipment as applicable.

  • Limited access area means a building, room, or other contiguous area upon the Licensed Premises where Retail Marijuana is grown, cultivated, stored, weighed, packaged, sold, or processed for sale, under control of the Licensee.

  • Termination Charge means a charge levied when an unamortized balance remains and the Jurisdiction requests termination of Street Lighting Service. The charge is determined by costs of equipment, installation, removal, disposal, Capital Recovery Period, and Utility Financing Cost minus payments made to date for the specific fixtures.

  • Utility Charges means water, sewer, electricity, gas and other utility charges, if any, applicable to the Real Property or the Leased Real Property;

  • Delivery Charge means the total amount charged to the Authorized User for shipment of the Vehicle(s) from the Delivery Origin to the location(s) designated by the Authorized User on Form A: Mini-Bid Request, and on the Purchase Order.

  • Delivery charges means charges by the seller for preparation and delivery to a location designated by the purchaser of tangible personal property or services. Delivery charges include, but are not limited to, transportation, shipping, postage, handling, crating, and packing. Beginning September 1, 2004, delivery charges do not include the charges for delivery of direct mail if the charges are separately stated on an invoice or similar billing document given to the purchaser. If a shipment includes both exempt property and taxable property, the seller shall allocate the delivery charge using 1 of the following methods:

  • Controlled-access highway means every street or highway in respect to which owners or occupants of abutting lands and other persons have no legal right of access to or from the same except at such points only and in such manner as may be determined by the public authority having jurisdiction over such street or highway.

  • Ground water means water below the land surface in a zone of saturation.

  • Transition charge means a nonbypassable rate or charge to be imposed on a customer to pay

  • Termination Charges shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1(b)(iii).

  • Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.

  • User charge means a charge imposed on airlines for the provision of airport, air navigation, or aviation security facilities or services including related services and facilities.

  • NERC Interchange Distribution Calculator means the NERC mechanism that is in effect and being used to calculate the distribution of energy, over specific transmission interfaces, from energy transactions.

  • Open Access Customer means a consumer permitted by the Commission to receive supply of electricity from a person, other than Distribution Licensee of his area of supply, and the expression includes a generating company and a Licensee, who has availed of or intends to avail of open access;

  • development charge means a charge imposed pursuant to this By-law;

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • Non-Availability Charges has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Airport Ground Support Equipment means vehicles and equipment used at an airport to service aircraft between flights.
