Gas Rules definition

Gas Rules means any numbered gas rule filed as a tariff and approved by the CPUC for Utility, as such Gas Rules may be revised, amended, restated or reissued from time to time. Gas Rules shall include any applicable tariffs and terms defined in the Gas Rules or tariffs. The Gas Rules are available on Utility's website.
Gas Rules means the rules made under the National Gas Law; premises means the address at which customer connection services are provided to you and, to avoid doubt, may include your electrical or gas installation;
Gas Rules means the rules made under the National Gas Law;

  • As provided in PG&E’s applicable Electric Rule 14 or Gas Rules 14 and 21, Applicant understands that PG&E does not guarantee electric or gas service to be free from outages, interruptions, or curtailments and that the charges for the Special Facilities represent the additional cost associated with providing the Special Facilities rather than for a guaranteed level of service or reliability.

Related to Gas Rules

  • FCA Rules means the Rules included within the FCA Handbook issued by the FCA.

  • SIFT Rules means the provisions of the Tax Act, including those contained in sections 104, 122 and 122.1 of the Tax Act, which apply to the taxation of a “specified investment flow through trust” and its unitholders.

  • Hague-Visby Rules means the provisions of the International Convention for the Unification of certain rules Relating to Bills of Lading signed at Brussels on 25th August 1924 as amended by the Visby Protocol of 23rd February 1968 and the SDR Protocol of 21st December 1979;
