Gas Hills Project definition

Gas Hills Project means the Company’s Gas Hills Uranium Project located approximately 45 miles east of Riverton, Wyoming in the historic Gas Hills Uranium District, as further described in Material Mineral Properties – Gas Hills Project;

Gas Hills Project means the Gas Hills mineral project located in Fremont and Natrona Counties, Wyoming, as described in the Gas Hills Technical Report;

Gas Hills Project means the mineral exploration project located in Fremont and Natrona Counties, Wyoming comprised of United States federal unpatented mining claims, Wyoming State mineral leases, private mineral leases, and surface rights set out in Schedule “F”;

• The planned Gas Hills Project covers approximately 8500 acres where PRI proposes to operate the Gas Hills Project as a satellite uranium recovery facility to the Highland Uranium Project facility.

• The purpose of this letter is to inform the Council that the NRC, BLM, and SHPO (the Signatories) have completed the development of the Programmatic Agreement for protection of cultural resources at the Gas Hills Project site.
