Surface Rights definition

Surface Rights means interests in the surface of lands which are used or held for use in connection with Petroleum and Natural Gas Rights or Tangibles, including (i) rights to use the surface of lands for purposes of drilling and operating oil and gas ▇▇▇▇▇ or injection ▇▇▇▇▇, (ii) rights to use the surface of lands for the location of Tangibles or in connection with the operation thereof and (iii) rights to use the surface of lands to gain access to such ▇▇▇▇▇ or such Tangibles, and including surface leases, licenses of occupation, roads, road use agreements, pipeline easements and similar rights;
Surface Rights is defined in Section 2.2(h).
Surface Rights means any interest in any real property, whether freehold, leasehold, license, right of way, easement or any other surface or other right in relation to real property.

  • Contributor has all Surface Rights necessary for the conduct and operation of the Water Business, as currently conducted, including with respect to any utility or access rights which are necessary for the conduct and operation of the Water Business.

More Definitions of Surface Rights

Surface Rights means all permits, licenses, allowances, water rights, registrations, consents, orders, approvals, variances, authorizations, servitudes, easements, rights-of-way, surface leases, other surface interests, and surface rights, to the extent appurtenant to or used primarily in connection with the ownership and operation of the Properties or the production, gathering, treatment, processing, storing, sale, or disposal of Hydrocarbons or produced water from the Properties.
Surface Rights means the rights to the use of the surface of the property not including subsurface rights.
