Project Land definition

Project Land means any parcel or parcels of land on which the project is developed and constructed by a promoter;

Project Land means the total land area covered in the Master Plan and include the Site, the Redevelopment Land, the Station Development Land, as described in Schedule 1 (Project Details) attached hereto;

Project Land means the portion of the Subject Land, more particularly described in Part II of Schedule “A” hereunder written.

Examples of Project Land in a sentence

• The Bidder understands that upon the award of this bid, the Redevelopment Commission intends to negotiate a Development Agreement with the Bidder to reflect the terms of the proposed development of the Project Land.

• The Promoter has disclosed as proposed above his intention to use more FAR to be utilized by him on the Project Land and Allottee has agreed to purchase the Said Apartment based on the proposed construction and sale of Apartments to be carried out by the Promoter by utilizing the proposed FAR and on the understanding that the declared proposed FAR shall belong to the Promoter only.

• Attached hereto as Exhibit A and to be considered a part of this offer to purchase, is a narrative description of the proposed plan of development of the Project Land identified on the Offering Sheet, describing the exact nature and character of the improvements proposed and the use thereof.

• Railway may provide suitable access from surrounding railway land for bringing these utilities to the Project Land without any way and leave charges.

• If temporary works or storage or accommodation are provided by the Developer on the Project Land or any other land permitted by the Nodal Officer (including any Railway land), for the Project for any labour engaged by him for the execution of Project and after obtaining the written consent of the owner of such land, the Developer shall arrange for handing over vacant possession of the said land after relevant works/ use so permitted is completed.

More Definitions of Project Land

Project Land means the real property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, less such real property as may be released from this Agreement pursuant to Section 8.6 or taken by the exercise of the power of eminent domain as provided in Section 7.2;

Project Land means land admeasuring 32644.00 sqm forming part of Scheduled Land, on which the Said Project is being developed and more fully described in Part-III of Schedule A.

Project Land shall have the same meaning as ascribed in Recital A of this Agreement;

Project Land means any piece or parcels of land on which the project is developed and constructed by a promoter; and

Project Land means the Land, excluding the Infrastructure Land.

Project Land means land or buildings which are improved as a planned step in the implementation of the Project;

Project Land means the land more particularly mentioned and described in PART – A of the FIRST SCHEDULE hereunder written.
