Examples of FVMWC Members in a sentence

  • FVMWC shall maintain, and update on at least a monthly basis, a detailed accounting of the water delivery rights of SMWD and other FVMWC Members, including the Carry-Over Account and Water Storage Account of SMWD and similar accounts that may be possessed by such other FVMWC Members.

  • If SMWD possesses water in its Water Storage Account, FVMWC will deliver water to SMWD from its Water Storage Account pursuant to the delivery process set forth in Section 5.1. This water shall be delivered as the third priority for water delivered by the Project, which priority may be shared with other FVMWC Members.

  • FVMWC may temporarily discontinue or reduce the delivery of water to SMWD hereunder for the purposes of necessary investigation, inspection, maintenance, repair or replacement of any of the Project Facilities necessary for the delivery of water to SMWD and other FVMWC Members.

  • In the event of any discontinuance or reduction of delivery of water pursuant to Section 6.1, SMWD may elect to receive the amount of water which otherwise would have been delivered to it during such period under the water delivery schedule for that Year, to the extent that such water is then available and with respect to the SMWD Option Capacity, such election is consistent with FVMWC’s overall delivery ability, considering the then-current delivery schedules of all FVMWC Members.

  • If SMWD possesses water in its Carry- Over Account, FVMWC will deliver water to SMWD from its Carry-Over Account pursuant to the delivery process set forth in Section 5.1. This water shall be delivered as the third priority for water delivered by the Project, which priority may be shared with other FVMWC Members.

  • Class B Members means all such Persons.

  • Class A Members means those Members who have purchased Class A Interests.

  • Class B Member means a Member holding one or more Class B Ordinary Shares.

  • Initial Members means those Persons whose names are set forth in the first sentence of this Agreement. A reference to an “Initial Member” means any of the Initial Members.

  • Members means all such Persons.

  • Unitholders means the holders of Units.

  • Voting Members has the meaning set forth in Section 4.07(b).

  • Unit Holders means all Unit Holders.

  • Class A Member means a Member holding one or more Class A Ordinary Shares.

  • Unit Owners shall according to the context, mean all purchasers and/or intending purchasers of different Flats / apartments / Units in the Buildings and shall also include the Builder in respect of such Flats / apartments / Units which are retained and/or not alienated and/or not agreed to be alienated for the time being by the Vendors and/or the Builder.

  • Panel Member ’ means a member of a panel;

  • Class C Member means a Member holding the Class C Ordinary Share.

  • Majority Members means Members holding a majority of the Units owned by all Members or if there is only one Member, such Member.

  • Remaining Members has the meaning set forth in Section 11.2.

  • Committee Members means persons formally appointed by the Board to sit on or to chair specific committees.

  • General Partners means all such Persons.

  • Participating Entities and “Participating Entity” are defined on the Coversheet.

  • Associate Members means the individuals or firms which have agreed to Joint Venture in connection with the Project;

  • Class B operator means the individual who has day-to-day responsibility for implementing applicable regulatory requirements established by the department. The Class B operator typically implements in-field aspects of operation, maintenance, and associated record keeping for the UST systems.

  • Class B Limited Partner means any Person executing (by power of attorney or otherwise) this Agreement as of the date hereof as a Class B Limited Partner or hereafter admitted to the Partnership as a Class B Limited Partner as herein provided, but shall not include any Person who has ceased to be a Class B Limited Partner in the Partnership.
