Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment definition

Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment means furniture, furnishings, light fixtures, outfittings, equipment and all other items of personal property customarily installed in or used in connection with the operation of the Hotels (it being understood, for the avoidance of doubt, that Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment shall not include major capital improvements to the Hotels).
