Beverage Equipment definition

Beverage Equipment means Beverage vending machines, fountain dispensers, cold barrels, coolers and any other equipment for use in providing the Beverage Services and the sale of Beverages by the FSVs and VSVs.
Beverage Equipment means Beverage vending machines, fountain dispensers, cold barrels, coolers and any other equipment for use in providing the Beverage Services and the sale of Beverages by the Food Service Vendor (FSV) and Vending Service Vendor (VSV).

Examples of Beverage Equipment in a sentence

  • If purchased by Hardball as part of the Hardball Contribution, the Food and Beverage Equipment may be retained by Hardball until such time as it is fully amortized or Hardball is in breach of this Agreement, whichever occurs first, at which time it shall become and remain the property of the City.

  • Sponsor’s Marks (as defined below) of Sponsor’s Products shall be prominently listed on (x) the menuboards of all Arena concession stands serving Sponsor’s Products and (y) Beverage Equipment.

  • If purchased by Hardball as part of the Hardball Contribution, the Food and Beverage Equipment may be retained by Hardball until such time as it is fully amortized or Hardball is in breach of this Agreement or the Management Agreement, whichever comes first, at which time it shall become and remain the property of the City.
