Funding Award Letter definition

Funding Award Letter a letter from the Welsh Government dated 24 October 2019 together with any subsequent letters from the UK or Welsh Government which award funding from the Welsh Government and the UK Government relevant to the Projects set out in Schedule 1 and which impose terms and conditions on the provision of Government Funding for the Swansea Bay City Deal and which have been approved by the Project Authority Lead;
Funding Award Letter means the funding award letter offered by GCC to the Applicant;

  • RSU means a contractual right granted pursuant to Section 9 that is denominated in Shares. Each RSU represents a right to receive the value of one Share (or a percentage of such value) in cash, Shares or a combination thereof. Awards of RSUs may include the right to receive dividend equivalents.

  • Award Letter means the letter from the Customer to the Supplier printed above these terms and conditions;

  • Deferred Stock Unit means a right granted to a Participant under Article 9 to receive Shares (or the equivalent value in cash or other property if the Committee so provides) at a future time as determined by the Committee, or as determined by the Participant within guidelines established by the Committee in the case of voluntary deferral elections.

  • PSUs means the outstanding performance share units governed by the performance share unit plan of the Company dated December 16, 2013, as amended from time to time;

  • Letter of Award (LOA) means the written official intimation by OMC notifying the Selected Bidder that the work has been awarded in its favour as per the terms and conditions mentioned therein;

  • Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a holder of a Restricted Stock Unit Award evidencing the terms and conditions of a Restricted Stock Unit Award grant. Each Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.

  • Clawback Eligible Incentive Compensation means all Incentive-based Compensation Received by an Executive Officer (i) on or after the effective date of the applicable Nasdaq rules, (ii) after beginning service as an Executive Officer, (iii) who served as an Executive Officer at any time during the applicable performance period relating to any Incentive-based Compensation (whether or not such Executive Officer is serving at the time the Erroneously Awarded Compensation is required to be repaid to the Company), (iv) while the Company has a class of securities listed on a national securities exchange or a national securities association, and (v) during the applicable Clawback Period (as defined below).
