DSU definition

DSU means a deferred share unit, which is a bookkeeping entry equivalent in value to a Share credited to a Participant’s Account in accordance with Article 4 hereof;
DSU means the Understanding on Rules and Procedures Governing the Settlement of Disputes contained in Annex 2 of the WTO Agreement;
DSU means deferred share unit.

  • Each Company DSU that is outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time shall be assumed by Buyer and automatically converted into a right to receive an amount in cash, without interest, equal to the product obtained by multiplying (A) the Merger Consideration by (B) the number of shares of Company Stock subject to such Company DSU immediately prior to the Effective Time (the “Company DSU Consideration”).

  • The Company DSU Consideration shall continue to have, and shall be subject to, the same terms and conditions as applied to the corresponding Company DSU immediately prior to the Effective Time except as set forth in this Section 3.8(a)(iv) (including with respect to timing of payment).

More Definitions of DSU

DSU or “Deferred Share Unit” means a right awarded to a Participant to receive a payment in the form of Shares, Cash Equivalent or a combination thereof upon Termination of Service, as provided in Article 5 and subject to the terms and conditions of this Plan;
