DSUs definition

DSUs means the deferred share units granted under the DSU Plan;
DSUs means the outstanding deferred share units governed by the deferred share unit plan of the Company dated April 23, 2014, as amended from time to time;

DSUs means the outstanding deferred share units issued under the DSU Plan.
DSUs means deferred share units granted to management and certain key employees of the Company pursuant to the Company’s 2002 Deferred Share Plan effective as of October 21, 2003, as amended, and the Company’s 2004 Full Value Incentive Plan dated as of March 23, 2004, as amended, and the deferred share units granted to directors of the Company pursuant to the DirectorsDeferred Unit Plan dated as of March 23, 2004, as amended.
DSUs means deferred share units, which are granted pursuant to the DirectorsDeferred Share Unit Plan (the “DDSU Plan”), adopted effective January 1, 2004 and amended and restated as of November 27, 2018. DSUs means, collectively, (i) the deferred share units of the Corporation issued to the directors of the Corporation under the Corporation’s director DSU plan, (ii) the deferred share units of the Corporation issued under the LTIP in lieu of cash awards under the Corporation’s short-term incentive plan or CPC’s long-term incentive plan, (iii) the performance-based vesting deferred share units of the Corporation issued under the LTIP in lieu of PSUs and (iv) the time-based vesting deferred share units of the Corporation issued under the LTIP in lieu of RSUs.
DSUs means the outstanding deferred share units issued pursuant to the deferred share unit plan of the Company dated February 21, 2006.
DSUs means the outstanding director share units under the Long-Term Incentive Plan.
