Fund Premises definition

Fund Premises means the Headquarters of the Fund or any other premises as may be specified by the Fund in the Contract;

Examples of Fund Premises in a sentence

  • Prior to employing individuals or subcontractors to work under this Contract on the Fund Premises, the Contractor shall, at its own expense, perform or cause to be performed the relevant background checks, and maintain, or cause to be maintained, the results of the background checks in its employee’s and its subcontractor’s employee’s file in accordance with the applicable laws to ensure that reliable and competent individuals are selected.

  • The Fund shall promptly notify the Contractor of any health and safety hazards which may exist or arise on the Fund Premises and which may adversely affect the Contractor in performing its obligations under the Contract.

  • If the nature of the Services require, the Contractor shall distinctly identify its personnel engaged to work on the Fund Premises so that it is clear that they are not the Fund’s personnel.

  • Drunkenness/Alcoholism: consuming intoxicating beverages on Fund Premises or reporting for work under the influence of alcohol.

  • The Contractor shall notify the Fund immediately of any incident occurring in connection with or as a result of performing its obligations under the Contract on Fund Premises, particularly where the incident causes any personal injury or damage to property which could give rise to personal injury.

  • Using Prohibited Drugs: including but not limited to possessing, pushing, selling, consuming or otherwise using prohibited drugs, hallucinogenic substances or narcotics on Fund Premises.

  • The Contractor shall, when working on Fund Premises, perform its obligations under the Contract in accordance with the Fund’s policy to, amongst others, conserve energy, water, wood, paper and other resources, reduce waste and phase out the use of ozone depleting substances and minimize the release of greenhouse gases, volatile organic compounds and other substances damaging to health and the environment.

  • Within one (1) working day after learning that any of Contractor–Related Persons who have access to any Fund Premises have been charged by law enforcement authorities with an offense other than a minor traffic offense, the Contractor shall provide written Notice to inform the Fund about the particulars of the charges then known and shall continue to inform the Fund concerning all substantial developments regarding the disposition of such charges.

  • The Fund reserves the right to refuse admittance to or remove from Fund Premises and/or surrender to local law enforcement authorities, Contractor’s personnel who, in the Fund’s judgment, commit an offence on Fund Premises or, for any reason, are deemed incapable of safely and reliably performing assigned work or whose behavior does not conform to generally accepted professional standards and good industry practice.

  • The Contractor shall further require its personnel to comply with the Fund’s safety and security regulations and other regulations concerning the movement and conduct of persons on the Fund Premises, including but not limited to, the requirement to wear appropriate identification cards while on the Fund Premises.

Related to Fund Premises

  • Demised Premises or “Premises” (and whether or not capitalized) is used herein, it shall be understood to mean the “premises leased hereby”; and whenever the term “Entire Premises” is used herein (and whether or not capitalized), it shall be understood to mean all of the contiguous land and buildings owned by Landlord at this location, which include the premises leased hereby. The term “Non-leased Premises” shall mean the Entire Premises less the Leased Premises.

  • Leased Premises means the Leased Premises as defined in Paragraph 1.

  • the Building means any building of which the Property forms part.

  • the Premises means the building or part of the building booked and referred to in the contract

  • Subleased Premises means approximately -18;961 rentable square feet on the 141h floor of the Building, as more specifically depicted on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof. The Subleased Premises include all of the Leased Premises identified in the Prime Lease.

  • Licensed premises or “premises” means all rooms, enclosures, contiguous areas, or places susceptible of precise description satisfactory to the administrator where alcoholic beverages, wine, or beer is sold or consumed under authority of a liquor control license, wine permit, or beer permit. A single licensed premises may consist of multiple rooms, enclosures, areas, or places if they are wholly within the confines of a single building or contiguous grounds.

  • Commercial Premises Means a place of trade or premises operated for financial gain, including but not limited to, a retirement village or a block of flats that has a common facility; a place of trade where the manufacture and production of products or produce takes place; a site where renovation, restoration and refurbishment work as described in Appendix B takes place.

  • the Area means the area for which for the time being the Appointee holds the appointment as water undertaker or, as the case may be, sewerage undertaker;

  • Insured Premises means the place named in the Schedule.

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.

  • Building Project means the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion of which are the improvements of which the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.

  • Rentable Area of Premises on Page 1 of the Lease shall be deleted in their entirety and replaced with the following:

  • Protected Space Operations means all Launch or Transfer Vehicle activities, ISS activities, and Payload activities on Earth, in outer space, or in transit between Earth and outer space in implementation of the IGA, MOUs concluded pursuant to the IGA, implementing arrangements, and contracts to perform work in support of NASA's obligations under these Agreements. It includes, but is not limited to:

  • Premises Building Partial Damage means if the Building of which the Premises are a part is damaged or destroyed to the extent that the cost to repair is less than fifty percent of the then replacement cost of the Building.

  • Leased Property shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.1.

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Industrial Center and interior utility raceways within the Premises that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other lessees of the Industrial Center and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, sidewalks, walkways, parkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Operating Area means those areas on-shore in India in which company or its affiliated company may from time to time be entitled to execute such services/operations.
