Franchise Documents definition

Franchise Documents means all Franchise Agreements, Development Agreements and agreements related thereto, together with any modifications, amendments, extensions or replacements of the foregoing.
Franchise Documents means: (a) the Franchise Agreement, Train Service Requirement, Funding Deed and Conditions Precedent Agreement; and (b) any other agreement signed by the Franchisee at the time of the award of the Franchise which is in the possession of the Secretary of State and which is notified by the Secretary of State to the Franchisee as being required for publication;
Franchise Documents means, collectively, (i) the participation and operating agreements for any Borrower that is a limited liability company or the limited partnership agreement for any Borrower that is a ‘limited partnership and (ii) the written agreements between Sponsor and Borrower whereby Borrower is authorized to establish one or more “Ruby Tuesday” franchises, including, without limitation the Ruby Tuesday, Inc. Operating Agreements between Sponsor and a Borrower and each other operating agreement and development agreement related to each franchise location, all as amended or modified from time to time.

More Definitions of Franchise Documents

Franchise Documents means the Master Franchise Agreements and any other documents pursuant to which the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries has acquired the right to operate any franchised restaurant in Argentina, Aruba, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Curacao, Ecuador, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Mexico, Panama, Peru, Puerto Rico, Trinidad and Tobago, Uruguay, Venezuela and the U.S. Virgin Islands of St. Xxxxxx and St. Croix, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Franchise Documents means: (a) the Franchise Agreement, Funding Deed, Conditions Precedent Agreement and any other agreements signed as part of the award of the Franchise; and (b) any agreement entered into or provided to the Secretary of State in accordance with the Conditions Precedent Agreement;
