Operating Agreements definition

Operating Agreements means the management agreements, service contracts, supply contracts, leases (other than the Leases) and other agreements, if any, in effect with respect to the construction, ownership, operation, occupancy or maintenance of the Property. All of the Operating Agreements in force and effect as of the date hereof are listed on Exhibit E attached hereto.
Operating Agreements means any covenants, restrictions or agreements of record relating to the construction, operation or use of the Property.
Operating Agreements has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.10.

  • Neither Loan Party shall cause or permit or otherwise cause or suffer to exist or become effective any contractual encumbrance or restriction of any kind (other than pursuant to this Agreement and the TIBE Operating Agreements) on the ability of any Project Company to (i) pay dividends or make any other distributions on any of such Project Company’s Equity Interests owned by the Borrower or (ii) repay or prepay any Indebtedness owed by such Project Company to the Borrower.

More Definitions of Operating Agreements

Operating Agreements means all maintenance, service and supply contracts, management agreements, credit card service agreements, booking and reservation agreements, and all other contracts and agreements which are held by or for the account of Seller in connection with the operation of the Hotel, other than the Franchise Agreement, the Management Agreement, Tenant Leases, Equipment Leases, the Bookings, and Licenses and Permits.
Operating Agreements means, collectively, the Master Lease, the Material Subleases, and the Ground Leases.
Operating Agreements mean those agreements now or hereafter executed in connection with the operation of the Oil and Gas Properties.
