First Operational Year definition

First Operational Year means the period commencing from the Commissioning and expiring at the end of the Calendar Month in which Project completes twelve (12) Months from the COD of PPA Capacity;
First Operational Year means the period commencing from the Initial Part Commissioning and expiring at the end of the Calendar Month in which Project completes twelve (12) Months from the COD;
First Operational Year means the period commencing from the SCOD and expiring at the end of the Calendar Month in which Project completes twelve (12) Months from the SCOD;

  • In case such Bidder uses financial credentials of its Affiliate(s), the relationship with the Affiliate of the Bidder shall continue at least for the period of First Operational Year (equity lock-in period).

  • In-case sole Bidder or members/ Lead Member of Consortium/ JV, has referred its Affiliate to meet the Financial Eligibility criteria, then the same relationship with the Affiliate by the sole Bidder or members/ Lead Member of Consortium/ JV, as the case may be, shall continue at least for the period of First Operational Year (equity lock-in period).

Related to First Operational Year

  • Operational Period means the period starting with the date and time a Certificate is issued (or on a later date and time certain if stated in the Certificate) and ending with the date and time on which the Certificate expires or is earlier revoked.

  • Annual Operating Plan has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 15.3(b)(i).

  • Operating Period for any Element of the Project shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of such Element of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date and for the Project, shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date;

  • Operation Period means the period commencing from COD and ending on the Transfer Date;

  • Annual Operating Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 4.11.

  • Initial Operation means the first integral operation of the complete equipment covered under the Contract with the sub-system and supporting equipment in service or available for service.

  • Operating Year means the calendar year commencing January 1st of each year (including the calendar year within which the Commencement Date occurs) during the Term.

  • Mining operation means any operations undertaken for the purpose of winning any mineral as defined in section 3 (d) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957.

  • Operational Plan means a Forest Stewardship Plan, Woodlot Licence Plan, a Range Use Plan, or Range Stewardship Plan, as those terms are defined in provincial forest and range legislation;

  • Operating Plan means a plan adopted or amended under this section for the development, redevelopment, maintenance, operation and promotion of a business improvement district, including all of the following:

  • Project Start Date means the first Milestone Start Date specified in Schedule B;

  • Annual Work Plan and Budget means the work plan and budget approved by the Bank and adopted by the Borrower in accordance with the provisions of Section I.C of Schedule 2 of this Agreement, as said work plan and budget may be modified from time to time with the written agreement of the Bank.

  • Annual Period means each twelve (12) month period commencing on the Effective Date and, thereafter, on each anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • Commercial Operation Date means the date on which a Material Project is substantially complete and commercially operable.

  • Academy Financial Year means the year from 1st September to 31st August or such other period as the Secretary of State may from time to time specify by notice in writing to the Academy Trust;

  • Annual Operating Expenses for the Class means and will consist only of the following operating expenses of the Series for the Class that are, under generally accepted accounting principles, accruable and deductible from the Series' assets with respect to the Class for the calendar year involved: (i) investment advisory fees, if any; (ii) Rule 12b-1 distribution fees, if any; and (iii) custodian fees, shareholder servicing fees, administrative and office facilities expenses, professional fees, trustees' fees and any other operating expenses of the Series with respect to the Class that are recorded or includable in the Series' statement of operations in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Notwithstanding the provisions of the immediately preceding sentence, the Series' "Annual Operating Expenses" for the Class do not include "acquired fund expenses", interest and dividends on securities sold short, amortization of organization expenses, taxes, brokerage commissions, litigation and indemnification expenses or any costs or expenses of or for the Series with respect to the Class that are "extraordinary" as determined under generally accepted accounting principles (see Accounting Principles Board Opinion No. 30). Such declaration by the Owner, however, shall not relieve or prejudice the Contractor of any of his obligations under the Contract.

  • Annual Budget means the operating budget, including all planned capital expenditures, for the Property prepared by Borrower for the applicable Fiscal Year or other period.

  • Commence commercial operation means, with regard to a unit that serves a generator, to have begun to produce steam, gas, or other heated medium used to generate electricity for sale or use, including test generation subject to the following:
