Firm Transit Services means the Transit Services as set forth in GC 5.2 to be performed by Carrier under this Agreement on the Pipeline System.
Transit Service means the delivery of Transit Traffic.

Transition Services Agreement means a transition services agreement substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C to be entered into between Seller and Purchaser at the Closing.
Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.
