Facility ADA Coordinator definition

Facility ADA Coordinator means a person at each IDOC facility responsible for ensuring that Class Members at that facility receive the auxiliary aids and services necessary for effective communication for access to programs and services.
Facility ADA Coordinator means the designated person at each VDOC Correctional Facility with the responsibility and authority to develop an inmate’s Communication Plan to provide inmates with disabilities the auxiliary aids and services necessary to ensure effective communication and access to programs, services, facilities, and activities.
Facility ADA Coordinator means the person or persons designated by the Chief Administrative Officer to coordinate efforts of the facility in carrying out its responsibilities under Title II of the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 USC 12101 et seq.).

  • A member of the general public may request information or make a request for an accommodation under the ADA by contacting the Facility ADA Coordinator (i.e., Deputy Warden).

  • Any recommendation or request for accommodation will be forwarded to the Facility ADA Coordinator.

  • The Facility ADA Coordinator shall have authority to investigate the request for remedy and to offer an informal resolution or response.

  • Project Coordinator means the employee of Alamo Colleges District designated in Exhibit A hereto who will manage the relationship between Alamo Colleges District and Contractor. The designated employee will be knowledgeable of the Project and be experienced in managing projects similar to the one established herein.

  • Program coordinator means a registered nurse responsible for administrative aspects of a state-approved nurse aide training course.

The Reliability Coordinator has the purview that is broad enough to enable the calculation of Interconnection Reliability Operating Limits, which may be based on the operating parameters of transmission systems beyond any Transmission Operator’s vision.

  • Scheduling Coordinator or “SC” means an entity certified by the CAISO as qualifying as a Scheduling Coordinator pursuant to the CAISO Tariff, for the purposes of undertaking the functions specified in “Responsibilities of a Scheduling Coordinator” of the CAISO Tariff, as amended from time to time.
