Existing Facility Documents means that certain Credit Agreement dated as of February 6, 2012, by and among CIM Urban Partners, L.P., as borrower, CIM Urban REIT, LLC, as guarantor, Bank of America, N.A., as administrative agent, swing line lender, L/C issuer and a lender, and the other lenders from time to time party thereto, as amended, supplemented, restated or replaced from time to time, and any agreements, documents, notes, or Guarantees at any time executed or delivered in connection therewith.

Related to Existing Facility Documents

  • Facility Documents means this Agreement, the Notes, the Account Control Agreement, the Collateral Agent Fee Letter, the Custodian Agreement, the Lender Fee Letter, the BNP Fee Letter, the Loan Sale Agreement and any other security agreements and other instruments entered into or delivered by or on behalf of the Borrower pursuant to Section 5.01(c) to create, perfect or otherwise evidence the Collateral Agent’s security interest in the Collateral.
