Executive positions definition

Executive positions means the positions of president and vice president.
Executive positions means those employment positions presently classified by Metal Textiles as Grade 10-15, inclusive, provided, however, nothing contained in this Program shall be construed as preventing or limiting Metal Textiles or the Board, for the purpose of this Program or otherwise, from modifying, eliminating or establishing different employment classifications.
Executive positions shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Executive Chairman means the Executive Chairman of the Board.

  • Competitive Position means any employment with a Competitor in which Executive will use or is likely to use any Confidential Information or Trade Secrets, or in which Executive has duties for such Competitor that relate to Competitive Services and that are the same or similar to those services actually performed by Executive for the Company;

  • Executive Directors means a person appointed as director directly accountable to the municipal manager.

  • Executive manager means an individual employed by a new motor vehicle dealer in an executive capacity and who has a written employment agreement with the dealer that includes a right for the executive manager to purchase a controlling interest in the dealership at a future time or on the death or incapacity of the dealer.
