Grade 10 means an employee who possesses skills and qualifications acceptable to Sea Swift whose salary is commensurate to the skills exercised in the employee's work and in any case higher than the weekly rate of pay for an employee Grade 9 and to whom clauses 5.5.1, 6.1, 6.2, 6.5, 6.6 and 7.6 do not apply.

Examples of Grade 10 in a sentence

  • A student must complete eligibility in the four consecutive years starting with Grade 9 and the three consecutive years starting with Grade 10, unless there are documented extenuating circumstances and a waiver has been provided.
