Grade 10 definition

Grade 10 means an employee who possesses skills and qualifications acceptable to Sea Swift whose salary is commensurate to the skills exercised in the employee's work and in any case higher than the weekly rate of pay for an employee Grade 9 and to whom clauses 5.5.1, 6.1, 6.2, 6.5, 6.6 and 7.6 do not apply.

Grade 10 means one grade higher than the highest grade in general education; “grade 12” means the highest grade in which education is provided by a school; “Head of Department” means the head of a provincial department of education;
