Any publications or speeches that have the effect of publicity must be reported to the CEO beforehand.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Executive will be permitted to continue with mandates already granted unless and until the CEO determines that such positions interfere with Executive’s duties for Aveanna, in which case Executive will resign from such positions.
Executive’s employment with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ may be terminated by Aveanna by action of the CEO for any reason (e.g., for Cause (as defined below) or without Cause), at any time upon written notice to Executive.
