Execution Committee definition

Execution Committee means a representative selected by Columbia Capital and a representative selected by M/C Venture Partners. The initial members of the Execution Committee shall be Gxxxxx Xxxxxxx and Jxxx Xxxxxx. An act of the Execution Committee shall require the consent of both Execution Committee members.

Related to Execution Committee

  • Transition Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.14.
