Execution Committee definition

Execution Committee means a representative selected by Columbia Capital and a representative selected by M/C Venture Partners.   • Any exception to this must receive prior approval from the members of our Best Execution Committee.

  • Any such agreement shall be recorded in the minutes of the Program Execution Committee.
