Eurodollar Banking Day definition

Eurodollar Banking Day means any Banking Day on which dealings in Dollar deposits are conducted by and among banks in the Designated Eurodollar Market.
Eurodollar Banking Day means a day on which banks are open for business in San Francisco, California, New York, New York and the applicable offshore dollar interbank market and dealing in U. S. Dollar deposits.
