Eurodollar Business Day definition

Eurodollar Business Day means any Business Day on which dealings are also carried on in the London interbank market and banks are open for business in London.
Eurodollar Business Day means any Business Day on which dealings in Dollar deposits are conducted by and among banks in the Designated Eurodollar Market.
Eurodollar Business Day means any Business Day on which major commercial banks are open for international business (including dealings in Dollar deposits) in New York, New York and London, England.

  • The failure of the Borrower to make any such payment by such time shall not constitute a default hereunder, provided that such payment is made on such due date, but any such payment made after 3:00 P.M. on such due date shall be deemed to have been made on the next Domestic Business Day or Eurodollar Business Day, as the case may be, for the purpose of calculating interest on amounts outstanding on the Loans.
