Ethics and Audit Committee definition

Ethics and Audit Committee means the committee of the Board established by decision B.05/13, paragraph (e);
Ethics and Audit Committee means the committee of the Assembly to consider and provide guidance on issues of interest, confidentiality, ethics, financial management, procurement and other audit functions as they relate to the Assembly, particularly pursuant to the relevant policies on Information Disclosure; Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism; and Ethics and Conflicts of Interest for the Assembly of AFoCO and the Executive Director of the Secretariat.

  • The Board may waive this provision upon recommendation from the Ethics and Audit Committee.

  • The terms of reference (TOR) of the IRM requires it to consult with the Ethics and Audit Committee (EAC) on the implementation of its work plan, as appropriate.

  • The IIU shall investigate reports of suspected Wrongdoing regarding Counterparties in accordance with the Fund’s investigative standards and procedures, and shall report its findings and recommendations to the Executive Director and the Ethics and Audit Committee.

  • Where the IIU determines, upon the conclusion of an investigation, that an unlawful or criminal activity has or may be reasonably suspected to have occurred, the IIU may recommend to the Executive Director and the Ethics and Audit Committee that the matter be referred to the component authorities.

Related to Ethics and Audit Committee

  • Audit Committee means the audit committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Ethics Committee means an independent body established in a Member State in accordance with the law of that Member State and empowered to give opinions for the purposes of this Regulation, taking into account the views of laypersons, in particular patients or patients' organisations;

  • Governance Committee means the Governance Committee of the Board.

  • Nominating Committee means the nominating committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee means the nominating and corporate governance committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Nomination and Remuneration Committee means a Committee of Board of Directors of the Company, constituted in accordance with the provisions of Section 178 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Listing Agreement.

  • Sub-Committee means a committee of a committee created by the board.

  • District Evaluation Advisory Committee means a group created to oversee and guide the planning and implementation of the Board of Education's evaluation policies and procedures as set forth in N.J.A.C. 6A:10-2.3.

  • Audit Committee Financial Expert means a person who has the following attributes:

  • Finance Committee means the Finance Committee of the University;

  • Nomination Committee means the nomination committee of the Board established in accordance with Article 114;

  • Evaluation Committee means a body appointed to perform the evaluation of Offerors’ proposals.

  • Transition Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.14.

  • Compliance Committee means the committee referenced under the Federated Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, consisting of, among others, the Chief Compliance Officer, the General Counsel, the Chief Audit Executive and the Chief Risk Officer.

  • Executive Committee means the Executive Committee of the Board.

  • Party committee means any committee organized by or authorized by the

  • Corporation’s Auditors means a firm of chartered accountants duly appointed as auditors of the Corporation;

  • Audit Committee or Committee means Committee of Board of Directors of the Company constituted under provisions of Listing agreement and Companies Act, 2013.

  • OPSI Advisory Committee means the committee established under Tariff, Attachment M, section III.G.

  • Nominations Committee means the nominations committee established pursuant to Article 100(k).

  • Independent Board Committee means the independent board committee of the Company

  • Advisory Committee means the Employer's Advisory Committee as from time to time constituted.

  • Investigation Committee means the Investigation Committee appointed by the Board under Regulation 5 of these Regulations;

  • Compensation Committee means the Compensation Committee of the Board.

  • Joint Development Committee or “JDC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10.

  • Candidate Committee means a committee established by a candidate pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-9(a), for the purpose of receiving contributions and making expenditures.
