Corporation’s Auditors definition

Corporation’s Auditors means such firm of chartered accountants as the Corporation may have appointed or may from time to time appoint as auditors of the Corporation;
Corporation’s Auditors means an independent firm of chartered accountants duly appointed as auditors of the Corporation;
Corporation’s Auditors means, currently, KPMG LLP, or such other firm of independent chartered accountants as may be duly appointed as auditors of the Corporation;

  • The Corporation’s Auditors who audited the Audited Financial Statements and who provided their audit report thereon are independent public accountants as required under applicable Securities Laws and there has not, during the last two financial years, been a reportable event (within the meaning of NI 51-102) between the Corporation and any such auditor.

  • In the event of any question arising with respect to the adjustments provided for in this Article 4, such question shall be conclusively determined by the Corporation’s Auditors or if they are unable or unwilling to act, by such other firm of independent chartered accountants as may be selected by the Corporation.

  • The Corporation and the Warrant Agent, by their respective officers or directors, and the legal advisers of the Corporation and the Warrant Agent and the Corporation’s Auditors, may attend any meeting of the Holders, and shall be recognized and given reasonable opportunity to speak to any resolutions proposed for consideration by the meeting, but the Corporation and the Warrant Agent shall not be entitled to vote thereat, whether in respect of any Warrants held by them or otherwise.

  • The Warrant Agent shall rely, and shall be protected in so doing, upon the certificate of the Corporation or of the Corporation’s Auditors and any other document filed by the Corporation pursuant to this Article 4 for all purposes.
