Information Disclosure definition

Information Disclosure means the act, by the Transferors in fulfillment of their disclosure obligations, of fully and completely disclosing to the Transferee certain events, circumstances, information and materials in connection with the transaction hereunder, especially events, circumstances, information and materials that are adverse to the Transferee's interests.
Information Disclosure. The Firm reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post, or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in the Firm’s sole discretion. WARRANTIES: THE FIRM MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE EFFICACY OF THE SECURITY OF THE CLIENT PORTAL. THE CONTENT AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS AND THE FIRM SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, OR WARRANTIES AGAINST INFRINGEMENT. THE FIRM, ITS AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM OR CAUSED BY THE PORTAL, ITS CONTENT, OR SECURITY SERVICES PROVIDED HEREIN. THE FIRM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE CLIENT PORTAL’S FUNCTIONS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE FIRM’S CLIENT PORTAL OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE PORTAL, INFORMATION, DOCUMENTS, OR COMMUNICATIONS ON THE PORTAL, OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO CEASE USING THE PORTAL AND THE INFORMATION, DOCUMENTS, OR COMMUNICATIONS YOU OBTAINED FROM THE PORTAL.
Information Disclosure. We will disclose information to third parties about your account or the transfers you make: (1) when it is necessary for completing transfers; (2) in order to comply with government agency or court orders; (3) in order to verify the existence and condition of your account for a third party, such as a credit bureau or merchant; and/or (4) if you give us your written permission. Changes to Terms and Conditions: We may change or amend any part of this Agreement at any time, including changes in terms, conditions and fees as long as we give you advance notice as required by law. Notification will be sent to you electronically. Termination and Automatic Deactivation of Service: You may terminate your Online Services at any time by providing written notice to the Credit Union requesting that your User ID be terminated and immediately discontinuing use of the service. Upon receipt of your written request, we will resume printing and mailing your periodic and Visa credit card statements. You are solely responsible for notifying any participating merchants (when applicable) that you have terminated your ▇▇▇▇ payment transfer capabilities.
