Estate Regulations definition

Estate Regulations means any rules made by the Landlord’s Superior Landlord or the owner or manager of the Development, a copy of which are attached to this Agreement if applicable.

Examples of Estate Regulations in a sentence

  • At all times during the Term to observe and perform such regulations (if any) in respect of the Estate as the Landlord may reasonably think expedient to the proper management of the Estate and which are notified to the Tenant in writing provided that where there is a conflict between the Estate Regulations and this lease, the Tenant shall not be required to comply with any regulations which are more onerous than the terms of this lease.

  • SBE Regulations means the written regulations and procedures adopted pursuant to this chapter for procurement of Supplies, Services and Public Works.

  • PPPFA Regulations means the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2017 published in terms of the PPPFA.

  • ISA Regulations means The Individual Savings Account Regulations 1998, as amended or replaced from time to time.

  • Regulation Zone means any of those one or more geographic areas, each consisting of a combination of one or more Control Zone(s) as designated by the Office of the Interconnection in the PJM Manuals, relevant to provision of, and requirements for, regulation service.
