Superior Landlord definition

Superior Landlord means and includes people or persons to whom the ownership or interest in the Leasehold Property might revert in the fullness of time.
Superior Landlord means the person for the time being who owns the interest in the Premises which gives him the right to possession of the Premises at the end of the Landlord’s lease of the Premises.
Superior Landlord means the person company or organisation to whom ownership of the Premises reverts at the end of the lease.

  • Tenant agrees at any time and from time to time to execute a suitable instrument in confirmation of Tenant's agreement to attorn, as aforesaid and Landlord agrees to provide Tenant with an instrument of nondisturbance and attornment from each such Superior Mortgagee and Superior Landlord in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Tenant.

More Definitions of Superior Landlord

Superior Landlord shall have the meaning given such term in Section 20.2.
