Transfer Regulations definition
Transfer Regulations means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006;

Transfer Regulations means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006.

Transfer Regulations means (i) all Laws of any EU Member State implementing the EU Council Directive 2001/23/EC of 12 March 2001 on the approximation of the Laws of the Member States relating to the safeguarding of employees’ rights in the event of transfers of undertakings, businesses or parts of undertakings or businesses (the “Acquired Rights Directive”) and legislation and regulations of any EU Member State implementing such Acquired Rights Directive, and (ii) any similar Laws in any jurisdiction providing for an automatic transfer, by operation of Law, of employment in the event of a transfer of business.
Transfer Regulations means the European Communities (Protection of Employees on Transfer of Undertakings) Regulations 2003.
Transfer Regulations means any Law implementing Council Directive 77/187/EEC as amended by Council Directive 90/50/EC and any legislation in any jurisdiction which provides for the automatic transfer of employment in the event of a transfer of a business or services.
Transfer Regulations means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006, as amended from time to time, and any equivalent applicable laws or regulations in other jurisdictions implementing or mirroring the Acquired Rights Directive (Directive 77/187/EC, as amended by Directive 2001/23/EC).
