Examples of the 2001 Regulations in a sentence
As per section 172(1)(b) of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended), EIA is required for applications for developments that are of a class specified in Part 1 or 2 of Schedule 5 of the 2001 Regulations but are sub-threshold where the Board determines that the proposed development is likely to have a significant effect on the environment.
The Scottish Ministers may, subject to such conditions as they may think fit to impose, remove any disability imposed by the 2001 Regulations in any case in which it appears to them in the interests of the health service that the disability should be removed.
