Examples of ES&S Equipment in a sentence

  • Customer is responsible for obtaining any upgrades or purchases of Third Party Items required to operate the Updates as well as the cost of any replacements, retrofits or modifications to the ES&S Equipment which may be necessary in order to operate the Updates.

  • All replaced components of the ES&S Equipment or ES&S Software will become the property of ES&S.

  • The consideration for ES&S’ grant of the license during the Initial Term for the ES&S Firmware is included in the cost of the ES&S Equipment.

  • In general, a monitor may include ad- ditional analysis engines that can implement other forms of event analysis, or a monitor may consist of only a single resolver implementing a response policy based on intrusion summaries produced by other EMERALD monitors.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, ES&S agrees to sell and/or license, and Customer agrees to purchase and/or license, the ES&S Equipment, ES&S Software and ES&S Firmware described on the front side of this Agreement.

  • The ES&S Firmware and ES&S Software are collectively referred to hereinafter as the “ES&S Software.” The payment terms for the ES&S Equipment and ES&S Software are set forth on the front side of this Agreement.

Related to ES&S Equipment

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Capital Equipment means machinery and equipment purchased or leased, and used in this state by the purchaser or lessee primarily for manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining tangible personal property to be sold ultimately at retail if the machinery and equipment are essential to the integrated production process of manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining. Capital equipment also includes machinery and equipment used primarily to electronically transmit results retrieved by a customer of an online computerized data retrieval system.

  • CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT means all appliances and equipment of whatsoever nature for the use in or for the execution, completion operation or maintenance of the work unless intended to form part of permanent work.
