ESOP Participant definition

ESOP Participant means a Participant with respect to whom Excess ESOP Contributions are made during a Plan Year.

ESOP Participant means a Participant subject to a Salary Reduction Agreement and to which the ESOP provisions of the Plan apply.

More Definitions of ESOP Participant

ESOP Participant means an individual who is an Eligible Employee and a Participant on or before October 31, 2003; provided, however, that notwithstanding any provision of the Plan to the contrary, any individual who incurs a Break in Service and who becomes employed or re- employed by an Employer after October 31, 2003, shall not be an ESOP Participant.

ESOP Participant means any participant in, or beneficiary of a current or former participant in, the ESOP who has an ESOP account balance as of immediately prior to the Closing.
