CDS Participant definition

CDS Participant means a participant in CDS that holds security entitlements in Units on behalf of beneficial owners of those Units;

CDS Participant means a broker, dealer, bank or other financial institution or other person for whom, from time to time, CDS effects book entries for the Units deposited with CDS.
