Inactive Participant definition

Inactive Participant means each Participant (other than a Retired Participant, Deceased Participant or Disabled Participant) who is not in active service as an Outside Director and is not actively employed by a Participating Company.
Inactive Participant means any individual who was an Active Participant, but is no longer an Eligible Employee and who has an Account under the Plan.
Inactive Participant means a Participant who is not an Employee or Director.

Examples of Inactive Participant in a sentence

  • Upon again becoming an Active Participant, he shall cease to be an Inactive Participant.

Inactive Participant means an individual who at one point was a Participant in the Plan or a predecessor non-qualified deferred compensation plan and has an undistributed Account Balance, but is no longer eligible to make deferral elections under the Plan by reason of such individual's removal under Section 2.4 hereof or otherwise.
Inactive Participant means an Employee who was an active Participant but who is transferred to and is in a position of employment where he is no longer an Eligible Employee, as described in Plan section 3.3(b).
