Loan Participant definition

Loan Participant means each Purchaser and its respective successors and registered assigns, including any Certificate Holder.

Loan Participant means and includes each registered holder from time to time of an Equipment Note issued under the Indenture, including, so long as it holds any Equipment Notes issued thereunder, the Pass Through Trustee under the Pass Through Trust Agreement.
